I am interested in the possibility of applying for a Spanish tourist visa at the consulate in Belgrade. I have a Russian passport, but I have been living in Belgrade since July, signed a long-term contract to rent an apartment and started a business in Serbia. I received a temporary residence permit in Serbia 2 months ago. Can I apply for a Schengen visa?
