Important Notice: Announcement for Binance Visa Debit Cardholders
Hello Binancian,

We wanted to draw your attention to the email from ' [email protected] ' below. Unfortunately, you are among a small group that has been affected by the closure of the Binance Visa Card program. You will no longer be able to use your Binance Visa Debit Card starting December 20, 2023 at 00:00 UTC .

Your Binance account will not be affected and will continue to function as usual. This change only affects the use of your Binance Card.

Meanwhile, when available, users can purchase with cryptocurrencies and send cryptocurrencies using Binance Pay, a secure, borderless and contactless cryptocurrency payment technology designed by Binance, at merchants that accept it.

As you are aware, Curve is only available for individuals residing within the UK and EEA, however, from your activity, it would appear that a you are predominantly outside of this region. You have stated that you have an address in the XXX and XXX but your activity is not based within this region. Due to this we require further verification:

- Could you please clarify if you no longer reside with the UK or EEA
- Could you please confirm the main reason for your activity to be outside of the UK and EEA regions

If, we do not receive this information within 3 business days, or if the information you send does not provide the confidences we are required to seek, we unfortunately will have no alternative but to suspend your Curve card use until the verification is completed. Всем привет! В BBVA молча дали список подтверждающих документов для открытия счета. Изучил список и думаю как предоставить 1 и 3 пункты в условиях, что я работаю на фрилансе с российскими клиентами. Отдельный вопрос о налоговой декларации, которую я не подаю, так как использую НПД.

Вот список документов, может быть кто-то с похожей ситуацией решал эти вопросы, не поделитесь опытом?

We should request you to provide us with the following (source) documents:

1) To prove your income
- Employment contract.
-Employer's certificate (valid for a maximum of 3 months). It must contain information about your current position, salary and length of service.

- Valid passport and entry visa.

2) If you are a student

- Certificate of enrolment from your school/ academy in Spain and receipts for payment of - fees.

- Receipts for payment of your rented flat/ student residence/ accommodation. In case your parents or legal guardian are the account holders, a certificate of your kinship/ representation is additionally required.

3) To support incoming transfers from your home country
-Balance certificates issued by the bank from which you are sending transfers.
-Tax declaration translated by an official translator and approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Всё ли верно написано про номад визу:

Apply for residence as a digital nomad directly from Spain, during the first 90 days on a tourist visa

In the first option, you will get a residence card for 3 years (unless requested for a shorter period of work), which can be renewed every 2 years (being able to apply for permanent residency at 5 years and at 10 years citizenship).

Firstly, if you apply for this permit you will enjoy a fast-track application in just 20 working days (vs the 3 months that permits under the general regime experience)
The applicable administrative silence is positive, so if you do not receive notification after these 20 days your application will be considered approved
You will be able to include your family members in the application, and they will be able to get the residence as well
The time with this residency counts for permanent residency and for Spanish citizenship
Once you get this permit, you will be able to travel and move freely throughout the European Union
It also allows you to work for a Spanish company or client as long as the income you obtain from that company does not surpass more than 20% of your total income

Please note from the same government site: The holders of the Foreigner Identity Card are obliged to carry said document with them , as well as to display it when required by the Authority or its agents without prejudice to proving their identity through their passport or similar valid document.

TL;DR - испанцы тоже должны носить свой D.N.I. с собой везде

Скажите пожалуйста, а такое условие в контракте на аренду это вообще нормально?
3.2 The Tenant may withdraw from this

Друзья, вопрос по поводу доноса (справка банка Испании): «Certificado de saldo actual y movimientos de los 6 últimos meses de la cuenta en el banco BBVA, debe ser remitido por mail, en formato pdf original, con firma digital, proporcionado por el Banco, sin imprimir, ni escanear». Имеется сертификат, который что формируется из личного кабинета или запрашивается документ с мокрой печатью, который банк должен напрямую в консульство отправить со банковской эл почты?

Добрый вечер. Я снова со своими баранами) На https://taxation-customs.ec.europa.eu/customs-4/prohibitions-and-restrictions/eu-cash-controls_en в правилах ввоза денег написано:"For persons travelling in a group, the EUR 10 000 limit applies to each person individually. The obligation to declare cash also applies to minors through their parents or legal guardians". Значит ли это, что если несовершеннолетним надо декларировать свыше 10000(родители должны это сделать за них), то на них работает и правило "до 10000 без декларации"?
