Всем привет. Мне пришло от наймодателя такое письмо:

Я получил авторизацию, но еще не получил визу. Это вообще легально получать NISS до въезда на территорию? Понятно, что я могу арендовать заранее что-нибудь, чтоб дать адрес. Меня смущает вопрос легальности.

Всё ли верно написано про номад визу:

Apply for residence as a digital nomad directly from Spain, during the first 90 days on a tourist visa

In the first option, you will get a residence card for 3 years (unless requested for a shorter period of work), which can be renewed every 2 years (being able to apply for permanent residency at 5 years and at 10 years citizenship).

Firstly, if you apply for this permit you will enjoy a fast-track application in just 20 working days (vs the 3 months that permits under the general regime experience)
The applicable administrative silence is positive, so if you do not receive notification after these 20 days your application will be considered approved
You will be able to include your family members in the application, and they will be able to get the residence as well
The time with this residency counts for permanent residency and for Spanish citizenship
Once you get this permit, you will be able to travel and move freely throughout the European Union
It also allows you to work for a Spanish company or client as long as the income you obtain from that company does not surpass more than 20% of your total income

As you are aware, Curve is only available for individuals residing within the UK and EEA, however, from your activity, it would appear that a you are predominantly outside of this region. You have stated that you have an address in the XXX and XXX but your activity is not based within this region. Due to this we require further verification:

- Could you please clarify if you no longer reside with the UK or EEA

Всем привет! В BBVA молча дали список подтверждающих документов для открытия счета. Изучил список и думаю как предоставить 1 и 3 пункты в условиях, что я работаю на фрилансе с российскими клиентами. Отдельный вопрос о налоговой декларации, которую я не подаю, так как использую НПД.

Вот список документов, может быть кто-то с похожей ситуацией решал эти вопросы, не поделитесь опытом?

We should request you to provide us with the following (source) documents:

1) To prove your income
- Employment contract.
-Employer's certificate (valid for a maximum of 3 months). It must contain information about your current position, salary and length of service.

- Valid passport and entry visa.

2) If you are a student

- Certificate of enrolment from your school/ academy in Spain and receipts for payment of - fees.

- Receipts for payment of your rented flat/ student residence/ accommodation. In case your parents or legal guardian are the account holders, a certificate of your kinship/ representation is additionally required.

3) To support incoming transfers from your home country
-Balance certificates issued by the bank from which you are sending transfers.
-Tax declaration translated by an official translator and approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Также получил фидбек от иммиграционного адвоката от работодателя, по поводу модификации из ВКС в Cuenta Ajena:

Q: There is absolutely no possibility to apply for modification of my residence permit in Cuenta Ajena while I continue to work under my current employment contract?
A: It doesn't make sense to make this change, given that your PAC (highly skilled professional) permit is still active and valid, and the request is going to be denied.

Q: Am I correct in understanding that as long as I continue to work under my current employment contract, neither of these options (neither Cuenta Ajena nor Cuenta Propia) are available to me?
A: That’s correct, none of the options are feasible.

Как я понял, с её слов, невозможно модифицироваться в Cuenta Ajena, имея действующий ВКС пермит, связанный с действующим трудовым договором. Актуально ли это только для Барселоны/Каталонии, или вообще все не правда, сказать сложно. Но раньше я с такой точкой зрения не сталкивался, и в этом чате ничего подобного не находил. Может, кому-то пригодится эта информация.

Please note from the same government site: The holders of the Foreigner Identity Card are obliged to carry said document with them , as well as to display it when required by the Authority or its agents without prejudice to proving their identity through their passport or similar valid document.

Здравствуйте!
Пишу в поисках помощи.
На носу renovación de la tarjeta de familiar ciudadano de la unión.
Пытаюсь разобраться, как все это оформить на платформе Mercurio.
Заходя, выбираю solicitud inicial. Потом у меня выскакивает окошко, где я уже не знаю, что выбрать.
Может быть кто-нибудь подскажет, что делать?

Добрый день.
Хочу посоветоваться насчет подачи документов на студ визу в консульстве с Москве.
Тут ранее обсуждали мою ситуацию и несколько старожил давали мне уже советы, но хочу еще разок уточнить. В частности по заполнению анкеты.
У меня ранее был отказ (при подаче на ту же студ визу в Испании через экстранхерию). Отказ был как раз с формулировкой, что надо подаваться в консульстве в своей стране (что и делаю).
Вместе с этим отказом мне присвоили NIE (сам бы это никогда не заметил, как раз спасибо @Róbert и @Здравый Смысл указали на это).
Соответственно, по их совету и в целях "гигиены документов" решил в анкете в пункте ":24. Número de Identificación de Extranjero/Foreign National Identification Number (NIE)" NIE указать. Тем самым как бы показывая консульству, что у меня ранее был запрос и отказ.
А вот теперь вопрос. В пункте "25. Fecha de notificación de la resolución dictada por el órgano de extranjería competente/ Date of notification of the resolution delivered by the competent body" я же верно понимаю, что должен буду указать дату как раз того моего решения экстранхерии с отказом?

Всем привет!
По хештегам #москва не нашел здесь историй про предпринимательскую визу для кофаундеров компании. Прошу прощения, если просмотрел.

Ситуация:
Жена открыла компанию в Испании, подала документы и уехала в РФ. Недавно получила авторизацию (AUTORIZACIÓN DE RESIDENCIA INICIAL PARA EMPRENDEDORES), вот с такой резолюцией:
“El titular de esta autorización deberá solicitar en la misión diplomática u oficina consular en cuya demarcación resida el visado correspondiente, sin el cual, no producirá efectos esta autorización”

The holder of this authorization must apply for the corresponding visa at the diplomatic mission or consular office in whose demarcation he/she resides, without which this authorization shall not be effective.

Пара вопросов:
1. Означает ли резолюция, что с ней можно податься только в РФ? Изначальный план был поехать в Испанию по туристической визе и подаваться там на ВНЖ, но визы все еще нет и не понятно когда будет.

2. Можно ли податься на предпринимательскую визу в Москве? На сайте есть раздел про это (https://www.exteriores.gob.es/Consulados/moscu/ru/ServiciosConsulares/Paginas/Consular/Visado-para-emprendedor.aspx), но тут в чатике не нахожу историй и это очень беспокоит.
Может быть кто-то знает и может проконсультировать?
