The required documents for the issuing of a Bulgarian transit/tourist visa type C are:
1. Filled Application form (attached to this e-mail).
2. One colour photograph of a specific size - 3,5 x 4,5 cm.
3. A photocopy of the information page of the passport and a photocopy of a Schengen visa issued in the last 3 years (if any)
4. Travel medical insurance minimum coverage amount must be 30 000 euros. Insurance must cover the entire period of transit/intended stay in Bulgaria. It must cover any expenses arising in connection with repatration for medical reasons, urgency medical attention, emergency hospital treatment or death.
5. Proof of travel arrangements (PAID flight reservation or bus tickets (return trip), vehicle registration with green card etc.);
6. Proof of the required financial resources possessed for the sustention of each day of stay/transit passage/ amounting to a minimum of EUR 50 or their equivalent in another convertible foreign currency, and in case of transit by road with a vehicle driven by the person – additional funds amounting to a minimum of EUR 200 or their equivalent in any convertible foreign currency
7. Proof for accommodation (PAID hotel reservation, booking, RBNB, etc.)
8. Proof of valid residence permit in Serbia.
9. An invitation-declaration by a representation office of a foreign legal person registered under article 24 of the Investment Promotion Act for issuing a short-stay visa for the purpose of business shall be drawn up on a sample form. It should be signed and stamped by the person issuing the invitation, legalised by a notary judge and by the authorities for administrative control of foreigners (Migration Directorate of the MoI) after presenting the following documents: 4 1. a certificate of current state of the representation office issued by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (with a validity term of three months); 2. a copy of a certificate of registration at the respective territorial directorate of the National Revenue Agency. A sample form of an invitation declaration may be obtained from the respective office of the Migration Directorate of the MoI and its regional units
If You have children who are less than 18 years old it is required also child`s birth certificate (translated in Bulgarian language) and the presence of parents to sign on the visa application.
The applicant is paying the fee at the Consular Section of the Republic of Bulgaria, only in euro and only cash.
The Consular Section (address: Bircaninova 26 str., Belgrade) is working with customers every working day from 10.00 to 12.00 p. m. The term of obtaining a visa type C is 15 days.
