Добрый вечер!
Пишу просьбу о помощи)
Вчера подавались на визу в Итальянское консульство.
Для визы на ребёнка потребовали копию свидетельства о рождении заверенную в Российском консульстве - поставить печать/штамп, свидетельствующий о подлинности. Вчера сразу же заполнили на их сайте заявку, но слот добыть как я понимаю - нереально. Написали письмо на почту с просьбой о выдаче термина. Ответ - запись переполнена(((
Просьба в следующем: может кто-то, кто идёт на приём/подачу документов в Рос.консульство в ближайшие дни, может захватить нашу бумагу и попросить поставить на неё штамп заверения.
Нам в итальянском консульстве дали крайний срок 28 декабря.
Если не добудем этот штамп нам визы выдадут, а ребёнку - нет 🙈.
Напишите, пожалуйста в личку, вдруг кто-то сможет/ согласен помочь.

Подскажите, а через сколько после получения внж можно подаваться на визу в Шенгенские страны (учитывая, что виз до этого не было)?

Upd. Вижу, что Швеция ссылается на документ и говорит, что нужно 6 месяцев резидентства :(

Всем привет, подскажите для воссоединения же нужно доказательство брака? Мы женились в Грузии и сертификат у нас на грузинском, но с официальным переводом на английский и апостилем на переводе.

Достаточно ли будет такого сертификата для подтверждения брака чтобы жена делала внж по воссоединению?

Нужно ли делать судебный перевод на Сербский и если да, то достаточно ли сделать перевод ангилйского перевода с апостилем, или нужно именно с грузинского?

Мне по работе нужна, но короткая. Коллеги в Европе уже получали и летали. Вопрос про специфику оформления визы в Сербии. На сайте написано, что какой-то документ, показывающий, что я тут легально, нужен:
If you are not applying for the visa in the country of your citizenship, you must provide the original and photocopy of your valid certificates or visa of stay, residence, employment or student status, or other valid certificates of legal staying provided by the relevant authorities of the country where you are currently staying.

If you have a residency permit in Serbia you can apply. Please bear in mind that the residency permit must be valid 6 months after the intended date of departure for Portugal.

You should collect all the documents and then send them, through this email, for validation.
After validation we can set up an appointment. This part, between submission for validation and the proposed date for appointment, can take 2-3 weeks.
After that, at least 30 days are needed to analyze centrally the application, that can be prolonged for another 30.

So as a reference, the documents for validation should be submitted through this email at least 2 and half months before your planned arrival in Portugal.

Мы сегодня записались на подачу документов в итальянское консульство. Оказалось, что теперь нужен перевод свидетельств о рождении детей и о браке на сербский/итальянский/английский, и заверить переводы в российском консульстве. Теперь везде так?

Всем привет! Подскажите, пожалуйста, был ли у кого-то опыт заключения брака у матичара, оба граждане РФ? Не могу найти конкретную информацию, что делать после регистрации, чтобы узаконить брак в РФ. Перевести свидетельство о браке на русский и нести в консульство? Там выдадут российское свидетельство о браке? И на какую процедуру записываться: в перечне консульских действий вроде ничего не подходит

В болгарское консульство написал насчёт визы, ответили вот что:

The required documents for the issuing of a Bulgarian transit/tourist visa type C are:

1. Filled Application form (attached to this e-mail).

2. One colour photograph of a specific size - 3,5 x 4,5 cm.

3. A photocopy of the information page of the passport and a photocopy of a Schengen visa issued in the last 3 years (if any)

4. Travel medical insurance minimum coverage amount must be 30 000 euros. Insurance must cover the entire period of transit/intended stay in Bulgaria. It must cover any expenses arising in connection with repatration for medical reasons, urgency medical attention, emergency hospital treatment or death.

5. Proof of travel arrangements (PAID flight reservation or bus tickets (return trip), vehicle registration with green card etc.);

6. Proof of the required financial resources possessed for the sustention of each day of stay/transit passage/ amounting to a minimum of EUR 50 or their equivalent in another convertible foreign currency, and in case of transit by road with a vehicle driven by the person – additional funds amounting to a minimum of EUR 200 or their equivalent in any convertible foreign currency

7. Proof for accommodation (PAID hotel reservation, booking, RBNB, etc.)

8. Proof of valid residence permit in Serbia.

9. An invitation-declaration by a representation office of a foreign legal person registered under article 24 of the Investment Promotion Act for issuing a short-stay visa for the purpose of business shall be drawn up on a sample form. It should be signed and stamped by the person issuing the invitation, legalised by a notary judge and by the authorities for administrative control of foreigners (Migration Directorate of the MoI) after presenting the following documents: 4 1. a certificate of current state of the representation office issued by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (with a validity term of three months); 2. a copy of a certificate of registration at the respective territorial directorate of the National Revenue Agency. A sample form of an invitation declaration may be obtained from the respective office of the Migration Directorate of the MoI and its regional units

If You have children who are less than 18 years old it is required also child`s birth certificate (translated in Bulgarian language) and the presence of parents to sign on the visa application.

The applicant is paying the fee at the Consular Section of the Republic of Bulgaria, only in euro and only cash.

The Consular Section (address: Bircaninova 26 str., Belgrade) is working with customers every working day from 10.00 to 12.00 p. m.

The term of obtaining a visa type C is 15 days.

You should reserve the term for visa applying via current email.

Member States' consulates should also look carefully into cases of Russians applying for a short-stay visa from outside Russia. Such cases should be directed to the consulate responsible for their place of residence, normally in the Russian Federation.

Т.е. здесь вроде речь не о том, чтобы не принимать документы на визу в третьих странах, а о том, что такие дела нужно рассматривать более тщательно и направлять на рассмотрение в консульства в места их residence (normally in the Russian Federation). Кроме того, residence - понятие растяжимое (например, boravak это temporary residence permit).

Всем привет!
Вопрос к тем, кто делал снятие с воинского учета по доверенности. Как я понимаю, доверенное лицо должно принести в военкомат в России для этого заверенные копии паспорта, боравака, справки с работы в Сербии и договора аренды. Вопрос: достаточно ли будет заверения/перевода сербского нотариуса/судебного переводчика, примут ли такие заверения в России, или нужно заверять документы через консульство?
