In reply to your e-mail, please be informed that there are restrictions on the acceptance of visa applications and the issuing of visas for citizens of Russia. Each case is considered individually by the Polish consul. Visa applications are accepted only from persons who are subject to specific regulations regarding the simplified access to the visa procedure, resulting from legal provisions. Due to the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, Polish consular offices are implementing the provisions of Council Decision (EU) 2022/333 of February 25, 2022 on the partial suspension of the application of the Agreement between the European Community and the Russian Federation on the facilitation of issuing visas to European Union citizens and the Russian Federation.
Please be informed that visa applications are accepted in accordance with the territorial competence. Russian citizens can apply for Polish visas at Polish consulates in Russia.

Т.е. здесь вроде речь не о том, чтобы не принимать документы на визу в третьих странах, а о том, что такие дела нужно рассматривать более тщательно и направлять на рассмотрение в консульства в места их residence (normally in the Russian Federation). Кроме того, residence - понятие растяжимое (например, boravak это temporary residence permit).

В болгарское консульство написал насчёт визы, ответили вот что:


The required documents for the issuing of a Bulgarian transit/tourist visa type C are:



1. Filled Application form (attached to this e-mail).

2. One colour photograph of a specific size - 3,5 x 4,5 cm.

3. A photocopy of the information page of the passport and a photocopy of a Schengen visa issued in the last 3 years (if any)

4. Travel medical insurance minimum coverage amount must be 30 000 euros. Insurance must cover the entire period of transit/intended stay in Bulgaria. It must cover any expenses arising in connection with repatration for medical reasons, urgency medical attention, emergency hospital treatment or death.

5. Proof of travel arrangements (PAID flight reservation or bus tickets (return trip), vehicle registration with green card etc.);

6. Proof of the required financial resources possessed for the sustention of each day of stay/transit passage/ amounting to a minimum of EUR 50 or their equivalent in another convertible foreign currency, and in case of transit by road with a vehicle driven by the person – additional funds amounting to a minimum of EUR 200 or their equivalent in any convertible foreign currency

7. Proof for accommodation (PAID hotel reservation, booking, RBNB, etc.)

8. Proof of valid residence permit in Serbia.

9. An invitation-declaration by a representation office of a foreign legal person registered under article 24 of the Investment Promotion Act for issuing a short-stay visa for the purpose of business shall be drawn up on a sample form. It should be signed and stamped by the person issuing the invitation, legalised by a notary judge and by the authorities for administrative control of foreigners (Migration Directorate of the MoI) after presenting the following documents: 4 1. a certificate of current state of the representation office issued by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (with a validity term of three months); 2. a copy of a certificate of registration at the respective territorial directorate of the National Revenue Agency. A sample form of an invitation declaration may be obtained from the respective office of the Migration Directorate of the MoI and its regional units

If You have children who are less than 18 years old it is required also child`s birth certificate (translated in Bulgarian language) and the presence of parents to sign on the visa application.

The applicant is paying the fee at the Consular Section of the Republic of Bulgaria, only in euro and only cash.

The Consular Section (address: Bircaninova 26 str., Belgrade) is working with customers every working day from 10.00 to 12.00 p. m.

The term of obtaining a visa type C is 15 days.

You should reserve the term for visa applying via current email.

If you have a residency permit in Serbia you can apply. Please bear in mind that the residency permit must be valid 6 months after the intended date of departure for Portugal.

You should collect all the documents and then send them, through this email, for validation.
After validation we can set up an appointment. This part, between submission for validation and the proposed date for appointment, can take 2-3 weeks.
After that, at least 30 days are needed to analyze centrally the application, that can be prolonged for another 30.

So as a reference, the documents for validation should be submitted through this email at least 2 and half months before your planned arrival in Portugal.

Мне по работе нужна, но короткая. Коллеги в Европе уже получали и летали. Вопрос про специфику оформления визы в Сербии. На сайте написано, что какой-то документ, показывающий, что я тут легально, нужен:
If you are not applying for the visa in the country of your citizenship, you must provide the original and photocopy of your valid certificates or visa of stay, residence, employment or student status, or other valid certificates of legal staying provided by the relevant authorities of the country where you are currently staying.

Подскажите, а через сколько после получения внж можно подаваться на визу в Шенгенские страны (учитывая, что виз до этого не было)?

Upd. Вижу, что Швеция ссылается на документ и говорит, что нужно 6 месяцев резидентства :(

This year the festival pays special attention to the Russian-speaking community in Serbia and offers tickets at prices almost the same as for the locals: 35€ for separate days and 69€ for all 4 days. It doesn't matter whether you have any residential status in Serbia or not. The only thing needs to be done is to show your Russian passport at the entrance when changing your «Russian» ticket for the festival's bracelet.
