В болгарское консульство написал насчёт визы, ответили вот что:

The required documents for the issuing of a Bulgarian transit/tourist visa type C are:

1. Filled Application form (attached to this e-mail).

2. One colour photograph of a specific size - 3,5 x 4,5 cm.

3. A photocopy of the information page of the passport and a photocopy of a Schengen visa issued in the last 3 years (if any)

4. Travel medical insurance minimum coverage amount must be 30 000 euros. Insurance must cover the entire period of transit/intended stay in Bulgaria. It must cover any expenses arising in connection with repatration for medical reasons, urgency medical attention, emergency hospital treatment or death.

5. Proof of travel arrangements (PAID flight reservation or bus tickets (return trip), vehicle registration with green card etc.);

6. Proof of the required financial resources possessed for the sustention of each day of stay/transit passage/ amounting to a minimum of EUR 50 or their equivalent in another convertible foreign currency, and in case of transit by road with a vehicle driven by the person – additional funds amounting to a minimum of EUR 200 or their equivalent in any convertible foreign currency

7. Proof for accommodation (PAID hotel reservation, booking, RBNB, etc.)

8. Proof of valid residence permit in Serbia.

9. An invitation-declaration by a representation office of a foreign legal person registered under article 24 of the Investment Promotion Act for issuing a short-stay visa for the purpose of business shall be drawn up on a sample form. It should be signed and stamped by the person issuing the invitation, legalised by a notary judge and by the authorities for administrative control of foreigners (Migration Directorate of the MoI) after presenting the following documents: 4 1. a certificate of current state of the representation office issued by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (with a validity term of three months); 2. a copy of a certificate of registration at the respective territorial directorate of the National Revenue Agency. A sample form of an invitation declaration may be obtained from the respective office of the Migration Directorate of the MoI and its regional units

If You have children who are less than 18 years old it is required also child`s birth certificate (translated in Bulgarian language) and the presence of parents to sign on the visa application.

The applicant is paying the fee at the Consular Section of the Republic of Bulgaria, only in euro and only cash.

The Consular Section (address: Bircaninova 26 str., Belgrade) is working with customers every working day from 10.00 to 12.00 p. m.

The term of obtaining a visa type C is 15 days.

You should reserve the term for visa applying via current email.

Привет. Нужна консультация кого-нибудь у кого был кейс вывоза наличных денег суммой больше 10к евро из Сербии.
Жил и официально работал полтора года в Сербии. Текущий боравак на 3 года. За это время накопилась определенная сумма денег. Время от времени менял динары на евро и доллары.
Сейчас планирую переезд в Польшу и столкнулся с тем, что не уверен, как мне подтвердить происхождение средств при декларировании на выезд.
На сайте указаны три пункта основания по которому я могу свои деньги вывезти в сумме больше 10к евро:

1. receipt issued by the customs service when entering the country – confirming the sum of foreign currency being taken into the country – up to the amount specified in it.
2. receipt issued by the bank in the Republic of Serbia, confirming that the money which is taken out of the country is withdrawn from a person’s own currency account or foreign currency savings account – up to the amount written on the receipt
3. receipt issued by an exchange office, confirming that the money which is being taken out of the country is obtained by selling RSD (dinars) from previous use of payment cards in the Republic of Serbia - up to the amount written on the receipt

По первому пункту на въезде я ничего не декларировал т.к. не было превышения. По второму я могу взять из банка справки о входящих платежах за это время. Или как минимум выписки о движении средств. Но там все суммы в динарах. По третьему пункту я точно не найду никаких чеков от обменников. Т.к. валюту я покупал в течении полутора лет.
Достаточно ли на практике будет выписок из банка счета в динарах для декларации, хотя я вывожу доллары и евро?

Кстати, если кто-то как и я не смог найти список документов для кипрской визы, мне тут из консульства в Белграде ответили

Documents needed for CY VISA:

1. Passport which expires at least six months after completing journey to Cyprus
2. Filled “Application for Cyprus Visa”, which you can find on internet
3. 2 photos 2,5x3,5 cm
4. Copy of a return ticket or a copy of return ticket reservation
5. Reservation of hotel or an accommodation
or
A copy of a form “Assumption of Responsibility for Hosting” certified by notary
6. Certificate on employment
7. Bank statement for the last three months
8. Residence permit in Serbia( Montenegro or North Macedonia) with an exception for
emergency cases and working in Cyprus( the company has provide all documents)*
9. Traveler’s insurance is recommended for the period of staying in Cyprus
10. Visa fee € 80,00

Please take note that in general, as a rule, Serbian documentation regarding one's socio-economic status and/or one's activity should refer to a working activity already continuous in Serbia for a period of time, with evidence (usually at least 6 months).

Как определяется сумма пошлины и точно ли в динарах оплачивать в банке?
(В Турции банк требовал исключительно в евро и перевод был Консульству в евро)

Всем добар дан! Подскажите, для подачи на итальянскую визу в итоге нужен апостиль на св-ва о браке/рождении детей и тд? Мы записались и нам пришло письмо вот с этой информацией "Certificates issued by foreign authorities other than the Serbian ones, MUST be translated in Italian, Serbian or English and legalized/certified in the country of issue, OR by the Consular Authority in Serbia of the issuing country."

Кто переводил в ALTA bank с Евро (рф) на Евро (Алта). Зачем в форме подтверждения эта фраза? "I am giving my consent that the conversion of __________ RUB into EUR may be made from my foreign currency account number ____________, to the the foreign currency account in ALTA banka a.d.
