Article 2
1 This Convention shall apply to documents which have been executed by diplomatic agents or
consular officers of a Contracting Party, acting in their official capacity and exercising their
functions in the territory of any state, and which have to be produced:
a either in the territory of another Contracting Party, or
b to the diplomatic agents or consular officers of another Contracting Party exercising their
functions in the territory of a State which is not a party to this Convention.

Если подробно:
Currently, only russian citizens belonging to the following categories of people may cross the state border to enter Poland through road, rail, river, air and sea border crossings (regardless of the country from which the entry to Poland takes place):
 
1.            foreigners who are spouses or children of Polish citizens or remain under constant care
2.            foreigners holding the Card of the Pole
3.            members of diplomatic missions, consular posts and representatives of international organizations and members of their families, as well as by other persons crossing the border on the basis of a diplomatic passport;
4.            foreigners having the right of permanent or temporary residence on the territory of the Republic of Poland (possessors of Polish residence card),
5.            foreigners who have the right to work in the territory of the Republic of Poland , i.e. foreigners entitled to work on the same terms as Polish citizens, foreigners with a work permit, foreigners with a certificate of entry in the register on seasonal work, foreigners with a declaration on entrusting work to a foreigner on the territory of the Republic of Poland, who:
a) perform work in the territory of the Republic of Poland or
b) present documents proving that the commencement of work will commence immediately after crossing the border;
6.            foreigners who operate a means of transport for the transport of persons or goods and their journey takes place as part of professional activities involving the transport of goods or transport of persons;
7.            drivers engaged in carriage by road in the context of international road transport or international combined transport operations within the meaning of art. 4 points 2 and 14 of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2140 and of 2020, item 875) travelling in transit through the territory of the Republic of Poland by means of transport other than the vehicle by which road transport is carried out:
•             in order to take the rest referred to in Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2006 on the harmonisation of certain social legislation relating to road transport and amending Council Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85 and (EC) 2135/98, as well as repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 3820/85 (OJ L 102, 11.04.2006, p. 1, as amended 2)), in the territory of the country of stay,
•             after collecting the rest referred to in the Regulation mentioned above, and after a break in the performance of work in the circumstances indicated in art. 31 section 1 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on working time of drivers (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1412);
8.            pupils learning in the Republic of Poland, after having been documented to a Border Guard oficer that they are learning in the Republic of Poland and their guardians who crossing the border together with pupils in order to enable them to study
9.            foreigners holding a permanent residence permit or a long-term resident's European Union residence permit, on the territory of other Member States of the European Union, a Member State of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) - Parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and their spouses and children, in order to travel through the territory of the Republic of Poland, to their place of residence or stay;

The European Commission confirmed the ban on the entry of Russians in cars registered in the Russian Federation, as well as with smartphones and other personal belongings. About it reports RBC with reference to the EC’s explanations on anti-Russian sanctions legislation.

“It does not matter whether the vehicle is used for private or commercial purposes, as long as it falls under the customs codes listed in Annex XXI (including code 8703) and originates in or is exported from Russia,” the explanation says.

In particular, prohibited imports include passenger cars and other vehicles intended to transport less than ten people brought into the territory of the European Union. These things fall under customs code 8703. Russians cannot even temporarily bring cosmetics, smartphones, suitcases, laptops, as well as leather and fur products, semi-precious and precious stones, toilet paper, shampoos, toothpastes, trailers and semi-trailers for transportation for tourism purposes. cargo, yachts, cameras. All these things are listed in Appendix XXI to Art. 3i.

А здесь кто-нибудь разбирается в трудовом законодательстве Нидерландов? Интересно, вот такой пункт в трудовом договоре не противоречит законодательству? Потому что звучит как "работай, раб, сколько попросим"

"2.4 If the circumstances of the company and/or activities reasonably require this, the employee will be expected to work extra hours/overtime at the request of the employer, without any additional compensation, unless employee works in a schedule as mentioned in article 1.3 in the employee handbook."

«In 2024, a spouse in the Netherlands on a dependent visa for family reunification can work without any additional work permit.
However, the employer must notify the Netherlands Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) before employment begins.»

Подскажите, пожалуйста, на recidentesi permit какие документы с собой надо?

А то у меня в подтверждающем письме только паспорт)

What do you have to bring?
The appointment confirmation with appointment code.
Your valid passport (or other valid travel document).
Your (expired) residence document or;
Your (expired) Foreign Nationals Identity Document (Type W and W2) or;
The official report of loss or theft from the police (if your residence permit has been stolen).
This applies to every person who has an appointment.

Добрый день! Подскажите, пожалуйста, по особенностям смены работы для КМ. Работодатель проводит сокращение штата, выдал официальное уведомление и соглашение для подписания, а там такой вот параграф

1. Parties agree that the Employment Agreement will be terminated as of 31 May 2024 being formally the last day in employment (the "Termination Date").
2. The Employee shall be released from work duties (the "Release Date") after the signing date of this Settlement Agreement.
3. After the Release Date, the Employee remains entitled to payment of his salary and other emoluments up until the Termination Date.
4. After the Release Date, the Employee will no longer have access to Company information such as email and other proprietary information.

Вопрос: от какой из упомянутых дат IND будет считать 3 месяца? Далее по тексту Release Date нигде не упоминается, только здесь. Заранее всем спасибо!

Формы Appendix Antecedents Certificate, Appendix Declaration of relationship, Appendix Authorisation and sponsorship declaration и Appendix Questionnaire for residence with partner нужно заполнять от руки или можно заполнить данные электонно, а своей рукой только подписи?

Или партнёра голландца тоже нужно?

Original of the marriage certificate/ non-marriage statement, legalized by an Apostille stamp and the notary copy of the original with its translation legalized by an Apostille attached. Partners have to proof their non-married status by submitting a notary statement, officially translated and legalized by an Apostille stamp.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, насчет
Moving to the Netherlands and importing your belongings duty free.

Хочу отправить 4 коробки по 20 кг с вещами, обувью и игрушками. "You cannot file this declaration independently. The application must be made via your removal company using Customs' declaration system."

Делал ли кто-то подобное? Сколько это стоит? Может ли кто-то порекомендовать фирму?

Подскажите по получению BSN.

All family members must bring their original birth certificates and marriage certificate (if applicable) (legalized. Documents not issued in English/German/French or Dutch must be translated.

Есть такое требование.
Будет ли достаточно копии перевода от sworn translator или обязателен оригинал?

Речь про birth certificate на взрослых членов семьи.
