Moreover, a 20% cancellation charge will be deducted from the refundable amount. Refund will be bank transferred after you have provided to ARC Academy either proof of your return to your home country, the entrance into higher education in Japan or your visa status change in Japan.

Ещё раз. ПЦР тест должен быть действителен на момент вылета В САМУ ЯПОНИЮ. Если у вас транзит в какой-то стране — значит, на момент вылета из транзита.
Действительность означает, что на момент этого вылета, С МОМЕНТА СДАЧИ теста должно пройти менее 72 часов.
Всё остальное — хрень.
