И сразу ли дадут, или через какое то время?

Japan’s residential property growth is slowing, amidst falling demand and weakening construction activity. During the third quarter of 2023, the nationwide residential property price index rose by a modest 2.4% from a year earlier, a slowdown from y-o-y increases of 4.8% in Q2 and 4.1% in Q1, according to the Land Institute of Japan. However, when adjusted for inflation, prices declined slightly by 0.6% y-o-y in Q3 2023.

Concerning withdrawal after entrance (where “entrance” is considered as the first day the student attends classes or takes part in a school event, such as the entrance ceremony), or withdrawal before completing the period you enrolled for, except for a cancellation charge corresponding to 2 school terms tuition fee, ARC Academy, will refund the remaining tuition fees for the school terms not yet attended in instalments of 3 months. Moreover, a 20% cancellation charge will be deducted from the refundable amount. Refund will be bank transferred after you have provided to ARC Academy either proof of your return to your home country, the entrance into higher education in Japan or your visa status change in Japan.

Всем привет. Читаю сейчас nta guide (https://www.nta.go.jp/english/taxes/individual/pdf/incometax_2022/01.pdf). Вижу там вот такую таблицу, где указано что non-permanent resident для foreign source income paid abroad должны платить налог только если переводят его в Японию (на сумму, которую переводят). Правильно ли я понимаю, что например, если у меня ИП в Грузии, с договором с Американской компанией и плачу я налог там, то налогом будет облагаться только сумма, которую я перевожу себе на счет в Японию? Для контекста - виза учебная, в договоре прописано 25 часов в неделю (закон стараюсь не нарушать). Спасибо!

Ответили официально по почте вот так из посольства Америки в Японии:

Applicants are generally advised to apply in their country of nationality or residence. Any person who is legally present in Japan may apply for a visa in Japan. However, applicants should decide where to apply based on more than just convenience or delay in getting an appointment in their home district. One thing to consider, for example, is in which consular district the applicant can demonstrate the strongest ties.

There is no guarantee that a visa will be issued, nor is there a guarantee of processing time. If refused, there is no refund of the application fee.
